We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Payable Officer

Location: Lagos

 Job Description

• Management of Admin/HR and other general expense requests.
• Petty Cash administration
• Uploading payments on bank platforms and generate pay advice.
• Rent and utilities payment management.
• Filling and remittance of statutory dues (VAT, WHT, Pension and PAYE)
• Compilation of necessary Schedules for Audits purposes
• Posting of all payments on ERP
• Managing all travels and other staff benefits requests
• Liaising with bankers and other business partners on issues that affect operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Proven cognate experience
• Strong knowledge of treasury accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
