We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Auto Workshop Supervisor - Mechanic

Job Description

• Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.
• Managing customer expectations.
• Preparing repair or modification cost estimates and finalizing agreements.
• Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow.
• Ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards.
• Operating recovery vehicles.
• Regularly updating customers on the progress of their repairs.
• Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches, and spray painting panels.
• Coordinating all units work activities through respective unit supervisions
• Ensuring proper communication from Production Manager to production staff and report back to Manager

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Eng Degree in Mechanical Engineering with hands on experience in Auto Mechanics
• 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• 3 years of experience managing an automotive workshop
• Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs
• Organizational ability
• Detail oriented
• Technically competent with ability to train others
• Customer service ability
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of automotive industry safety specifications and regulations.

Remuneration
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
