Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Regulation of production process procedures to enhance consistency and uniqueness in services.
• Consistent cross check of hygiene and sanitation flow of all departments.
• Standardization of inventory grammages and standards for receiving all inventories.
• Overseeing storages i.e portioned store, production, and customer services.
• Conducting routines and non routines of in- process materials, raw materials, and finished products.
• Checking dimensions and surface quality of random batches of inventory items to ensure they meet the company quality and standard.
• Investigating customer complaints regarding qualities issues and develop a solution.
• Assist in the development of needed records and standards and also maintain accurate system workflow.
• Generation and analysis of production reports if necessary.
• Collate all the departments reports on bad & damaged, returns and inter departments transfers daily reports.
• Performing the quality inspections process of recipes procedures and production process.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / B.Tech qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
