Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in B/Admin, Material Eng, or Supply Chain Management with min 5-year work experience in manufacturing.
• Must demonstrate good procurement practices, knowledge of product standards, ethical practices, and regulations.
• He/she must develop and implement forward-thinking sourcing strategies, policies, and procedures based on the organisation's future vision and technological advancements.
• Need to collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and finance, to understand their specific needs, foster effective communication, and ensure cost optimisation.
• He/she will foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across departments, encouraging knowledge sharing, cross-training, and best cost practice sharing.
• Monitoring supplier performance, ensuring quality standards, delivery timelines, and contractual obligations are met, and collaboratively addressing any issues or non-compliance are essential.
