Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Accountant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Prepares the Statutory Financial Reports of the Group, the Company and its subsidiaries
  • Ensures timely filing of statutory financial accounts for the business with the relevant regulatory agencies (e.g. SEC, NGX, FRCN)
  • Is the Super user for the Finance Module of the ERP responsible for User Acceptance Tests and for all system integration, updates and improvements in the system.
  • Ensures the month end routines are carried out to time in the ERP and in the business
  • Ensures timely adoption of all new IFRS and other relevant accounting standards
  • Maintains the Chart of Accounts and updates for necessary changes
  • Manages the General Ledger Ownership Matrix (GLOM)
  • Ensures the quality of numbers through timely reconciliation of GL’s to independent documents. All reconciling items are resolved and do not age >30 days
  • Ensures relevant financial documents are filed and easily retrievable in hard and soft copies, especially journals
  • Ensure journal vouchers are prepared raised and posted in the ERP correctly.

Qualifications
Experience / Education Required:

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting and ACA professional qualification
  • 5 - 7 years’ post professional qualification experience in a related accounting role. QSR experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel; ERPs; Navision is an advantage
  • High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
  • Good analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of IFRS ,GAAP and financial reporting practices
  • Good analytical, presentation and communication skills.

Ability to:

  • Work with flexible timelines and schedules based on business needs.
  • Manage issue resolution in a structured manner whilst delivering timely & high-quality output.
