Job Title: Graphics Artist and Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description

• Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and motion graphics for various marketing and advertising materials, including social media, website, print collateral, and video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and target audience.
• Produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate brand messaging and maintain consistency across all channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software to ensure the application of best practices and innovative solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including photographers, videographers, and copywriters, to achieve cohesive and impactful visual storytelling.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 - 6 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Graphics Artist or Motion Graphics Designer, preferably in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills, motion graphics expertise, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Proficient in using industry-standard graphic design and motion graphics software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Experience in creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and keeping up with the latest design trends.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Experience in designing for the fashion or retail industry.
• Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques.
• Illustration skills or experience in character design.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation software.
