We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mixing Room Sectional Head 

Location: Ameke, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Mixing Room team
• Drive improvement in all aspects of the Mixing Room process
• Maintain a safe environment for staff.
• Help the factory meet its regulatory obligations
• Create a production schedule for Mixing Room
• Monitor Mixing Room operations
• Ensure quality control processes are completed
• Manage raw materials and liaise with suppliers
• Maintain the Mixing Room production line

Requirements

• The Mixing Room Sectional Head must have a Trade qualification in a relevant field. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is ideal
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in beverage/Water packing operations
• Experience managing a team
• Experience with maintaining and managing Mixing Room equipment
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate staff
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and hands-on approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical ability

Salary
N75,000 - N80,000 / month.
