We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Personnel

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
• Coordinate with sales and logistics departments on stock requisition and order delivery respectively
• Develop policies around safety measures of stock items in the warehouse (Raw materials, work in progress and finished goods)
• Conduct spot checks on products in the inventory stores
• Review reports from inventory officers to check discrepancies
• Review inventory reports for accuracy from inventory officers and develop management report
• Analyse the report for fast-moving and slow-moving stock items
• Develop management reports on inventory usage
• Make reports on inventory write-off (waste/loss) and make presentations to Management
• Perform risk analysis of the inventory department

Requirements

• Candidates must have a B.Sc / HND from a recognized tertiary instituition
• Candidates must have great organizational skills
• Great attention to details and a team player.
• Candidate must be proficient with MS office tools.
