Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue objectives, growth etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 3 - 5 years experience as a business admin or marketing supervisor/manager
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal and Communication skills
• Must be a good Team player with excellent ability to multi-tasking and able to adapt to varying situations.
