Eastern Plains Integrated Farms Limited is an integrated Farm situated in Igbariam, Anambra state. We are presently focused on poultry production but have plans in place to expand into other areas of Agriculture.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Anambra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Train maintenance technicians
- Supervise officers during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Participate in coordinaton of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
Salary
- N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
