Job Title: Digital Sales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • Respond to customers enquiries and comments on social media channels
  • Close Sales With customers on the various channels
  • Engage customers with email marketing to showcase products
  • Manage customers emails and details
  • Convert online customers enquiries into leads through constant follow-up
  • Conduct market research and identify target audience, business opportunities.
  • evaluate customer needs and prospects
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and socialmedia
  • Develop and maintain relationships with identified prospects by introducing and
  • regularly updating the prospects with products and services
  • Turn both:-in-person enquiries into leads
  • Manage relationships with established clients by providing regular and updated
  • information on products and bonus opportunity, providing during and after sales support
  • Direct marketing and promotional activities
  • Representation of a positive organizational image to general public, client and community
  • Keep and regularly update important contacts within client organizations
  • Ensure timely and regular quality assurance contacts with relevant client contacts
  • Conduct periodic formal and informal service level evaluation
  • Manage customer relations proactively in cooperation with relevant units and Departments.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
