HELP DESK ANALYST

- BSc / HND in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Electronics Engineering.
- 2 years experience.
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware/Network monitoring application/TCPIP, windows Vista, Microsoft Office application.
- SLA and reporting structure.
- Certifications in A+, MCP, N+, MCDST an advantage.
- Willingness to work in any part of the country-
