Job Title: Leasing Executive

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with internal teams to create and implement suitable operational, sales, marketing, and business development strategies in order to increase the company's revenue and profitability.
• Creation of fresh marketing concepts.
• Remaining current with supply and demand, shifting fashions, economic indicators, and rivals.
• Manages daily activities on a personal level in accordance with organization rules and standards to be in line with departmental objectives and targets.
• In charge of producing leasing leads and financing for business support.
• Promoting collaborations and connections with important clients on both an internal and external level.
• Staying current with marketing initiatives and regulatory regulations specific to our industry.
• Carrying out in-depth analysis to discover fresh market prospects and customer preferences.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.
