Job Summary

• As a Social Media Executive, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies that increase our brand awareness across all social media platforms with the sole aim of generating sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post content daily across all our social media platforms.
• Respond to customers' enquiries across all social media platforms and ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers and enhance engagements on the company's Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn pages.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly social media calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience in social media management with records of achievements.
• Must possess content creation and copywriting skills.
• Must have practical knowledge of social media metrics to drive sales targets.
• Must be highly creative, and possess graphic designing and video editing skills.
• Must possess customer service skills and be highly efficient in responding to customers' queries.
• Must be persuasive and have solid communication and interpersonal skills.
