Responsibilities
- Answering questions about a company’s products or services
- Processing orders and transactions
- Delivering information about a company’s offerings
- Handling customer complaints
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Responding to customer reviews
- Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc Degree with 2-7 years experience.
Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / Month.
