Job Title: Operations Officer

Job Description

• Daily Location Patrol. Patrol report to be submitted daily.
• Monitors day-to-day operational activities.
• Ensures compliance production and dispatch of site file documents.
• Ensure guards are fully kitted and maintain ARIDA brand & feel.
• Ensure availability of ALL logbooks at the various locations.
• Carry out security surveys.
• Client engagement at locations during routine patrol to assess service delivery and retainership.
• Report incidents to line manager and PLC for follow up investigation.
• Initiate Client Complaint Resolution upon receipt.
• Carry out location On-site trainings.
• Collate attendance at locations.
• Submission of monthly nominal roll to HR/ Accounts.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience in a security company
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• A problem-solving mind-set.
• Ability to travel if required.

Salary
N110,000 Monthly.
