Job Title: Marketing and Sales Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a marketing plan to grow the company's business in the Interior Design sector.
• Coordinating marketing and sales campaigns.
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
• Researching and contacting potential clients to understand their requirements and secure deals.
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to clients.
• Maintaining effective communication and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
• Managing projects from beginning to completion.
• Other responsibilities, as the company may deem necessary from time to time, related to sales and marketing.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven working experience in interior design/ Architectural firm
• The proven track record on client and campaign management
• Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in presentation
• Solid experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Project management experience preferred.
