Job Title: Investment Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- As an investment Manager, you are to have outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, as well as a solid grasp of all aspects of real estate investment.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing for real estate deals and investment opportunities
- Preparation of investment proposals & due diligence
- Executing investment processes including managing work streams, from the origination stage to closing
- Investor presentations & business plans (including financial models)
- Managing investor relations and issues arising
Job Requirements
- BSc / HND in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in real estate investment (commercial, residential, industrial)
- Strong understanding of real estate investments.
