In 2009, Halifield commenced a secondary school which is a preparatory ground for university entry and a grooming centre for adolescents.

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy.
• Your primary focus will be on driving online traffic, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing our digital channels to generate leads and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Create and manage engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and website.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all digital channels.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, display ads, and social media advertising.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase website visibility.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to stay up-to-date and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Track and report on digital marketing metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with digital marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2years+ of proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Getresponse/Mailchimp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
