We are an indigenous company with the main aim of offering Information Technology, Sales and Services to individuals and corporate organizations. Compovine Technology Limited currently has branches in Ibadan, Abuja, Lagos, Lokoja, Kano, Kaduna, Jos, Minna, Port Harcourt and Enugu, and we are still expanding.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and basic to the CEO.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
• Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
• Assist in travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of operational strategies.
• Assist in project management and coordination.
• Help prepare and analyze operational reports.
• Coordinate and manage special projects and assignments.
• Assist in facilitating internal communication.
• Handle basic employee relations matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND from a reputable institution.
• 3 - 8 years work experience.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to senior management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the CEO and the organization effectively.
