Job Brief

• The Interior Architect will be responsible for finishing, changing interior areas and the intelligent use of space, working across almost every building type.
• Interior Architects will work with engineers, electricians and building contractors to ensure that their designs are safe, functional and meet construction requirements.

Responsibilities

• To support in the creation and development of conceptual designs and ideas.
• Plan, implement and monitor projects from beginning to end.
• Creating work models and modelling for space.
• Working with suppliers to source and procure specs of interior, materials for fittings, furniture, lighting, accessories and decorations.
• Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree in Architecture
• 3-5 years technical experience in interior designs in a well-structured work environment
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.
• Proficient in the use of rendering software such as 3D Max, Lumion, etc. as well as, 2D rendering plan
• such as Photoshop presentation and rendering.
• Strong team player.
• Experience in buildings designs and finished works
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must have good Architectural presentation skill with strong technical design skills
• Knowledge of relevant legal issues associated with the construction industry
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to details skiils is required

Remuneration
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month (Gross).
