Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients cordially and in a friendly manner
- Register and update patients data in the hospital management system (HMS)
- Record all patients visit in Hospital software
- Ensure prompt medical records retrievals
- Prepares and issue receipts for all cash payments
- Typing medical reports
- Ensure accurate record keeping
- Respond to call and enquiries
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. desktop, printer etc)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
