Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Job Summary

• As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations, and maintaining a happy and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any Social Science Course
• Minimum of 7 years in the HR practice in FMCG
• Must have extensive experience in HR (CIPM certification will be an added advantage)

Remuneration
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
