Job Title: Hotel Operations Supervisor

Job Description
- Oversees all operations for the hotel, ensuring that everything is up to par and all guests' needs are met.
- Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive
- Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Ensure that quality services are rendered per time
- Must be able to, achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability of all outlets.
- Maintain effective cost controls in all areas
- Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
- Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
- Deputizes for the General Manager in his absence.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in Hospitality.
- Candidates residence - Abule Egba/Alakuko axis, Lagos State.
