Job Title: Junior Transaction Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

• In this role, you’ll be required to complete all service Operational activities within the stipulated OLAs using defined processes to retain clients and meet required service benchmark(s).

Responsibilities

• Manage Multi-level stakeholder relationships across the bank
• Manage Operations Dashboard for effective performance & KPI monitoring
• Manage the CORE Banking Application including vendor relationships for effective utilization and performance Optimization
• Work with required stakeholders to develop the operations and repayment instrument performance tracking dashboard
• Strategically develop solution(s) to reduce Operational issues/issues within Operations
• Operational Reporting & Automation

Requirements
Required:

•  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking operations
•  Strong understanding of Electronic repayment instruments management like Paystack, Remita Flutterwave, PayU etc. is a plus
•  Knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian Micro-lending market
•  Strong numeric and Excel skills
