Sunlight Resources Limited is a Food & Snack Production Company situated at Mushin axis of Nigeria, who has been in business for more 16 years. It is a business venture between father and son, Fun Snax began way back in 2005 when the dynamic duo first launched their light and fluffy cheeseballs, in their hometown of Lagos, Nigeria. It was thanks to the success of these cheesy snacks that the pair then went on to design and craft new products for the range. Spending hours obsessing over new and exciting flavours, Fun Snax soon saw the launch of the brand’s ever popular potato chips and their tangy shrimp cracker.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Route To Market Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Reports To: National Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Grade: Managerial Role

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Distribution Channels are used to deliver products to your target customer.
• Audit market and channel feedback on the distribution channels and availability of SRL products.
• Train, Support & Coach SRL team to follow the framework and procedures to ensure 100% effective distribution.
• To ensure that the products reach the customers in an efficient and effective manner, thereby ensuring satisfied customers and increased sales growth.
• Ensure sales and distribution models are in line with company strategies and procedures.
• Own our Right Store strategy and plan by defining the optimum point of the highly complex route-to-market parameters like distributors, sales representatives, stores, route frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly visiting cycles), new region, distributor, and sales territories.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational standard:OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, and any relevant field.

Experience:

• Minimum Working Experience: Seven (7) years.

Skills & Attitude:

• Experience in Sales of Food & Snacks Products is paramount.

Job Specification:

• Must live within close proximity or ready to relocate.
• Must be ready to Travel within 100% & Travel with the country: 50%.
