We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Timely and accurate flow of information to clients.
  • Ensure Timely and accurate reporting to clients.
  • Ensure that all Oil Gas and Chemicals Division procedures in the region for Inspection, testing / measurement, iaeporting and certification are performed in line with standard operating procedures both International (IP, Astm etc.) and Local, and that internal Q.A. procedures are adhered to.
  • In conjunction with Ops Manager, Division Branch Manager and OPT Director, develop strategy for expanding Oil Gas and Chemicals Division activity in the region.
  • Development of Oil Gas. and Chemicals Division business in the region through effective marketing.
  • Develop and maintain high profile relationship with both local and international clientele.
  • Supply Division Manager with data for Monthly and periodic business reports as required.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfåction and gain useful feedback Ensure accurate and timely completion of analysis and analytical reports.
  • Ensure that all Laboratory operations and procedures meet both Inspectorate and Local environmental and Safety/Hygiene requirements.
  • Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
  • All employees are responsible for complying with the requirements of the HSE management system;
  • Apply and respect safety, health and environment requirements in daily activities;
  • Use required personal protective equipment as instructed;
  • Watch for potentially hazardous working conditions or work practices and report them to his or her supervisor(s) as soon as possible.
  • Any other duty assigned by the Branch Manager
