Job Title: Senior Analyst, Operations

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Senior Analyst, Operations will assist in the implementation of operational excellence processes, procedures and strategies.
  • The Senior Analyst, Operations will undertake robust daily, weekly, and monthly planning and coordination to ensure that all the necessary resources are in place to achieve Key Results and ultimately deliver on time and within deadlines.
  • The Senior Analyst, Operations will play an active role in the execution of Payzeep’s operational functions while maintaining a high level of collaboration across board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of efficient policies and process management.
  • Oversee and support office administration and management.
  • Provide executive support to the operations Manager and other superiors.
  • Assist in the enforcement of operational compliance.
  • Assist in the departmental budget management, allocation of resources and managing operational costs.
  • Manage relationship with Payzeep’s vendors / suppliers.
  • Take charge of inventory management, order processing and cycle count.
  • Maintain accurate record of document flow, ensuring proper filing.
  • Maintain and update operation reports and databases.
  • Oversee the maintenance of infrastructure while ensuring their safety and functionality.
  • Supervision of Payzeep’s Facility Employees (Security Guards, Technicians, Cleaners e.t.c)
  • Event management
  • Assest management
  • Travel management
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and skills

  • BSc/BA in Business, Administration, Accounting or other relevant fields.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Operations Officer or similar role in a Fintech Company.
  • Familiarity with the supply chain business function.
  • Experience with budgets and financial reports and monitoring expenses.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
