We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Location: Abuja Municipal, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Manage CEO’s diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Follow up on appointments and tasks.
  • Make travel arrangements when needed.
  • Organise meetings and manage databases.
  • Organise company events and conferences.
  • Handle requests, correspondence, complaints and queries appropriately.
  • Prepare letters, presentationsand reports.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc from a reputable institution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Internet and database management skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and machinery
  • Proficiency in MS/Google Office Suite packages
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Proven experience working in same or similar role

Remuneration
N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
