Job Title: Training Coordinator

Job Description
- Provide coordination of all training activities to meet the approved business plan strategies and financial goals.
- To coordinate instructors' course schedules and course supplies to ensure an effective implementation of the scheduling process.
Responsibilities
- Managing the training booking system to ensure trainers, venues and equipment are available and booked accordingly.
- Ensuring training delegates have all of the relevant details such as venue and timings for their particular course.
- Ensuring the trainers has all the relevant information for each booking along with certificates for the attendees for each course.
- Looking after the administration needs of the trainers to ensure the course notes and other training materials are available for each course taking place.
- Booking of training venues and hotels for the trainers within the agreed rates.
- Correctly configuring the hardware with the correct version and solution for a particular customers training needs and making it available to the correct trainer.
- Ensuring all relevant sign off procedures are adhered to and fully documented.
Requirements
- A degree
- A good public speaking skill
- Good human and public relation skill
- A good command of English Language
- A team leader
- A good teaching, leadership and counseling ability.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good ability to sale
- Ability to set priorities and organize work accordingly
- Atleast 2 years experience either as a public speaker, team leader or any related position of leadership.
