Job Purpose
  • To ensure end to end relationship management of all transactional activities within Human Capital Unit.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare introduction letters for employees and ex-employees intending to go on vacation and for other purpose
  • Prepare warning letters
  • Prepare tax letters evidencing tax payment for employees without the electronic tax card
  • Request for production of ID and birthday cards, and administer to employees when necessary
  • Making available necessary information for employees loan verification and confirmation
  • Handle employees confirmation matters
  • Responding to ex-employee reference requests letters
  • Preparation of offer letters and administering to intakes
  • Administering on-boarding documents to intakes
  • Preparation of redeployment letters for employees moving within the organisation
  • Handle medical bill reconciliations and payments
  • Handle all medical issues including dependant addition, deletion, card issuing and all complaints from employees
  • Processing of employees status car purchase documents
  • Processing of employees status generator set documents
  • Handling all payments within the HC space
  • Maintenance of data on the group's data management system (SAP)
  • Responsible for organizational Management
  • Reviewing data captured for new hires for accuracy
  • Preparation of Monthly reports/dashboards
  • Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports
Key Performance Measures:
  • Timely responses in handling of all requests from business
  • Ensure accuracy of information provided to business
  • Adhering strictly to the various SLAs
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of a second class lower degree in any discipline preferably Social Sciences
Experience:
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 2- 3 years' experience in Human Capital or similar position
