Job Descriptions
  • To assist Human Capital Department by providing operational support to the Head, Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient running of the payroll team.
  • Co-ordination of the payroll process.
  • Capturing of payroll related data on SAP.
  • Ensure payroll checks & report.
  • Processing of mobile money payment and account reconciliation.
  • Monthly reconciliation of HC GL’s.
  • Monthly report on expatriate benefits & cot recharge.
  • Providing support to the Tax team in Finance on employee related tax maters.
Key Performance Measures
  • Running of payroll.
  • Advise & recovery of payments and deduction from subsidiaries.
  • Remittance of statutory deductions - PAYE, Pension, NHF & NSITF.
  • Providing support to the payroll manager.
  • Monitoring/resolution of remedy requests to prevent escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of a second class lower Degree in any discipline preferably Social Sciences.
Experience:
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in Human Capital or Payroll related.
