Job Description

• We are currently seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Executives.
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and looking to grow their career in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, especially in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving results.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and related products is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage.
