Job Title: Compliance and Internal Control Officer

Location: Lagos

The Role

• As a Compliance and Internal Control Officer at our bank, you will be responsible to ensure that our business processes and transactions follow all relevant regulatory, legal and internal guidelines.
• You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and learn from industry experts.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Banking, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in compliance/ internal control role.
• Strong knowledge on regulatory concepts, practices, principles and procedures of strategic planning and reporting to regulatory authorities.
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Creative and flexible, with the ability to understand business constraints and requirements.
