Job Title: Online Dispatcher / Online Marketer

Location: Karu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Logistics Dispatching:

• Coordinate and monitor the dispatch of products to customers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with shipping partners and carriers to track shipments and address any delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and update the internal tracking system.

Online Marketing:

• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online visibility.
• Manage social media accounts, website content, and email campaigns to engage with the target audience effectively.
• Monitor website analytics and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to dispatch and logistics promptly and professionally.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to streamline dispatch operations and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
