We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
• Train and motivate the team members to deliver prompt actions
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
• Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
• Move throughout the kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
• Judge appearance and taste of products and check preparation methods to determine quality.
• Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
• Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Pertinent information to the staff, such changes, should be communicated promptly.
• You are to make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, cashiers and kitchen crew.
• Oversee our kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
• Ensure proper documentation of customers’ orders and prompt deliver.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, BA or BSc qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
