Job Title: Estate Surveyor Trainee

Location: Benin City, Edo

Details

• The successful candidates will be trained for 1 (One) year under the scheme.
• At the end of program, successful candidates will be offered permanent employment with the Edo State Government.

Job Description

• Advisory role on valuation matters.
• Feasibility and viability appraisal of planned development projects considering layout plans and topography.
• Advisory roles on property rights, acquisitions and transfers.
• Building maintenance management.
• Project analysis and survey.
• Project analysis and survey.
• Project management and land development.
• Infrastructure and facilitates management.
• Land reforms, registration, planning and analysis.
• Constructionandprojectmanagement.
• Project finance and procurement syndication
• Environmental Impact Survey, analysis and valuation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) or HND (minimum of Lower Credit) in Estate Surveying and Valuation.
• Evidence of NIESV registration is an added advantage.
• Candidates must possess NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
• Candidates must be computer literate, with good interpersonal/leadership skills and ability to effectively work in teams.
• Applicants must be within the ages of 22-30.
• Experience in the use of CAD&GIS Tools will be added advantage.
