Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Agege, Lagos
Job Type: Full time

The Role

• As the HR Manager for Source Microfinance Bank, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of human resources functions within the bank.
• This role plays a critical role in ensuring the bank attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing workforce while maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role within the financial sector, preferably in a microfinance bank.
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
