Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited (TITIS) is a spin-off of Tranter International Company. Tranter International Company was incorporated in November 1989 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Company's registered address is at 3/6, Alhaji Adejumo Avenue, Ilupeju Industrial Estate, Lagos State, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Onsite Support Officer

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering at least Second Class Upper
• Preferred: Master's Degree in related discipline.

Professional Certifications:

• Minimum: CCNA, ITILv4 Foundation
• Preferred: CCNP, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
• (MCSA).

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT.
• Preferred: Experience in customer service and support.

Relevant Work Areas:

• Asset management; Incident and request management; System Maintenance/ Backup Administration; Information Security Management; System/Network administration support; Telecommunications Support.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Computer network configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• IT support skills (hardware, software, networks, etc.)
• Excellent hands-on systems administration (client and server) and virtualization skills.
• Active Directory infrastructure support and troubleshooting skills.
• Information security management (Antivirus, firewall, access control, disaster recovery, etc.).
• Microsoft productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 monthly
