We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Sagamu Area Ogun,
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: (Monday to Friday) + Saturday is Overtime
Application Timing: Urgently Required
Slots: Four (2) Position
Seniority Level: None
Report to: Admin Supervisor /Manager

Description 

  • An Admin Assistant must be able to handle all clerical functions with error-free documentation and assist in ensuring optimal performance of the administrative functions. She/he must exhibit high level of confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sorting and sending mail
  • Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
  • Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated
  • Completing banking transactions and carrying out basic bookkeeping
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Providing visitors with information
  • Keeping the area in a tidy state.
  • Resolving office-related issues

Qualification

  • Minimum Educational standard: SSCE, Trade Test, OND in relevant course

Experience:

  • Minimum Working Experience: One (1) Years cognate experience.
