Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Sagamu Area, Ogun

Report to: Production Manager

Description 

• A plastic manufacturing company is urgently recruiting for experienced and dedicated machine operators.

Job Responsibilities

• The machine operators shall be responsible for the efficient operation of the machines for optimum productivity.
• Ensures the machine is in good working condition at all times.
• Executes daily production according to the schedule received from the production manager.
• Ensures that the production is cost-effective.
• Ensures the production targets and quality objectives are met at all times.
• Ensures that discipline is maintained in the factory.
• Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
• Ensures proper record-keeping of all production activities.
• Ensures proper housekeeping within the production area and the premises.
• Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Educational standard: SSCE, Trade Test, OND, from any reputable institution.

Experience:

• Minimum Working Experience: Three (3) Years cognate experience.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to operate the following machines: Husky, SACMI IPS, SACMI CCM, HAITIAN, SIDEL BLOW, or/and KRONE.

Skills & Attitude:

• Problem-solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions
• Ability to show resilience and a flexible approach
• Good communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proximity and living close to Sagamu is a must.

Salary Range
N60,000 (Monday to Friday) + Saturday OT.
