We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department/Unit: Sales
Immediate Supervisor: CEO
Immediate Subordinates: Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and drives the sales team to achieve the set organization sales targets and Objectives.
  • Effectively manages and drives the sales process for the entire organization from prospecting through to successful closure.
  • Drive the sales of our Business Technology Solutions services, e.g., Software as a Service solutions, such as Hodu CC Contact Center, Zoho, Zendesk, Instaview, ManageEngine and the Business Process Outsourcing services e.g., Recruitment as a service, Contact center as a service etc.
  • Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
  • Ensures the sales team performs optimally to meet the organizational target.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, up-sell and cross-sell the existing customer base in order to meet the set sales goals.
  • Liaise with the marketing department on lead generation and ensure closure of the same.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Ensures all customer complaints regarding a product or service are resolved timely and effectively.
  • Develops bespoke proposals & marketing campaigns etc. encompassing all aspects of applications that speak to clients’ needs.
  • Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
  • Negotiates pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Understands our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
