Job Summary

• As a Fashion Production Supervisor in our customizable apparel business located in Ajah, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production process and ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality customized garments.
• Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and understanding of garment production will be essential to maintaining production standards, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the garment production process.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands and deadlines.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the production of flawless and accurate customized apparel.
• Conduct inspections at various stages of production to identify and resolve any issues promptly.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and train production staff to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Motivate and encourage team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate production processes for areas of improvement.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and increase productivity.

Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of required materials and trims for production.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid material shortages or excess inventory.

Safety and Compliance:

• Uphold safety protocols and ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines, promoting a safe and respectful work environment.

Communication:

• Maintain open communication with other departments, such as design and customer service, to ensure smooth production flow and timely order fulfillment.

Problem Solving:

• Address production issues promptly and creatively resolve challenges that may arise during the manufacturing process.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Production Efficiency: Measure the number of garments produced per hour/day to track production efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the percentage of defect-free garments produced during quality inspections.
• On-Time Delivery: Track the percentage of orders delivered on time to meet customer deadlines.
• Employee Productivity: Measure the productivity of the production team, including units produced per employee.
• Inventory Accuracy: Assess the accuracy of inventory records to avoid stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
• Customer Satisfaction: Gather customer feedback on product quality and timeliness of deliveries.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

• Order Processing: Outline the process for receiving and reviewing customer orders, including customization requirements.
• Material Sourcing: Detail the procedure for sourcing and managing materials required for production.
• Production Workflow: Define the step-by-step process of garment production, including quality checkpoints.
• Quality Control: Describe the inspection process and criteria for approving or rejecting garments.
• Maintenance: Outline regular maintenance tasks for machinery and equipment used in production.
• Safety Protocols: Provide guidelines for ensuring a safe working environment for all production staff.
• Communication Protocols: Define channels and frequency of communication between production and other departments.

Remuneration
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
