Job Title: People Services Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage employee welfare, safety, wellness, and health
• Creation and management of e-learning Platforms
• Design and development of HR systems and strategy
• Support in Recruitment and Talent Management activities
• Evaluate employee benefits to ensure that they are competitive
• Manage third-party vendors as it relates to Compensation and Benefits
• Design and develop appropriate KPIs for role positions
• Responsible for Office and ICT coordination
• Coordinate and track the Employee Appraisal process, and counseling
• Manage the employee engagement surveys and team-building activities
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with the statutory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management or relevant course
• HR Generalist knowledge and full-cycle HR processes
• 5 years experience in Talent acquisition and management
• Track record of reviewing employees’ benefits offering
• Candidate must be CIPM certified
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Must have experience managing diverse teams
• Ability to develop and manage performance tools, processes and policies
