Job Title: Center Head

Location: Jibowu - Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The center head is responsible for the overall management and operations of a specific center or branch of an organization.
• They oversee all aspects of the center, including sales, customer service, staffing, and financial performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the center's goals and objectives
• Monitor and manage the center's financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and expenses
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and perform their duties effectively
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that the center is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase the center's visibility and attract new customers
• Prepare and submit regular reports on the center's performance to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve the center's operations and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in management, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Familiarity with financial statements and budgeting processes
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies is a plus
