Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• Updating knowledge of sales, documentation, property management and promotional events.
• Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations and advertising.
• Providing guidelines and guidance to clients on the application of procedures, monitoring tasks and projects.
• Maintaining accurate information on company's website, designing promotional Web and tracking marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BA / B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate / marketing.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Posses strong negotiating and transactional skills.
• Problem-solving and decision making.
