Colours in Africa is a manufacturing and retailing company which began about 18 years ago, though it has only about 10 years in its major manufacturing operations. The company produces and retails home and hotel furniture ranges as well as home accessories and gift items.

Job Overview

• The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing store staff, and achieving sales targets.
• The Store Manager is also responsible for maintaining store appearance, inventory management, and implementing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.

• Ensure the store is adequately staffed to meet customer needs and maintain a positive shopping experience.

• Oversee inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and organized
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and loss.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage orders to maintain sufficient stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
