Job Description

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, social media, and industry conferences.
• Sales Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to prospects via email, phone calls, and personalized communication to present the value proposition of our tech academy platform.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients and provide tailored solutions that align with their specific requirements.
• Product Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our tech academy platform.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and opportunities using our CRM system. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead nurturing.Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new clients and achieve sales targets. Close deals efficiently and professionally.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and customer retention. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights and contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and ensure a consistent brand message.
