Rotimi Olu and Company is a registered Estate Surveying and Valuation firm Established under Estate Surveyors & Valuers (Registration, etc.) Act 1975; to undertake Real Estate Professional Acts, valuation and other allied services. The firm came into active operation in 2012 and has undertaken reasonable works in: Valuation, Property Management, Feasibility and Viability Appraisal, Facilities Management, Estate Agency & Remodeling and Renovation Works.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Present and promote sales of properties through advertsements and participation.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential,track sales, and status quo.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a minimum of a B.Sc / HND qualification.
• Skills in marketing and sales
• Good customer relations and management
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven work experience in marketng in real estate or construction industry.
• Proficient in MS office,Power point,Excel and Ms word.
