Job Summary

• We are recruiting a chef who will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing culinary masterpieces, overseeing kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
• Your passion for cooking and creativity will be key to innovating and enhancing our menu offerings, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
• You will collaborate with the kitchen team, maintain inventory, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising on quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience being a chef
• Culinary Education or a culinary certificate

Other Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Creativity and ability to develop new and innovative dishes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
